Dear Reverend Fathers, Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

                                     

I am writing this letter to you on behalf of the Malankara Archdiocesan Publication Committee. We are planning to print the Annual Convention Souvenir / ‘Malankara Deepam’, which is expected to be ready before the Archdiocesan Family Conference, scheduled from July 10 to 13, 2003, at the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We are inviting significant articles to be published in the souvenir. Please send the print ready articles / materials (English and Malayalam print ready articles by E-Mail or by US mail) to the address given. We also need advertisements for meeting the printing expenses. Photographs or pictures can be included in the advertisement. The complete tariff is attached. All materials and advertisements are to be received by June 10, 2003.
