On March 23, 2023, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II arrived to Brasilia for an apostolic visit to the Churches of the Syriac Mission in Brazil.
His Holiness was received at the Airport in Brasilia by His Eminence Archbishop Mor Titus Boulos Touza, Apostolic Delegate for the Syriac Missions in Brazil and a delegation of priests from the churches of the missions.
His Holiness was accompanied by their Eminences Archbishops: Mor Severius Malke Mourad, Patriarchal Vicar in Brazil, and Mor Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director.
