On November 9, 2021, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II visited the Center for Vision Restoration at the Institute for Scientific Research on Eye Diseases in Moscow. His Holiness was accompanied by His Eminence Mor Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary and Media Office Director, and Dr. Mehran Al-Hosh. Dr. Youssef Al-Youssef, President of the Center, and Dr. Said Al-Youssef welcomed His Holiness and gave him a tour of the different parts of the center, explaining the different stages of prevention and treatment for all eye disorders.
