On July 24, 2023, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II received His Eminence Mor Chrysostomos Markose, Metropolitan of the Evangelical Association of the East, at the Patriarchal Residence in Atchaneh – Lebanon.
His Eminence Archbishop Mor Christophoros Markose Abraham, Patriarchal Secretary for Indian Affairs, also attended the meeting.
During the visit, His Eminence reported to His Holiness on the current situation of the churches of the Evanlegical Association of the East.
